Where it all started
The story of Daalder Culinair started in 2016 with restaurant Daalder on Lindegracht. There, the team showed what high-end food could be without the stiff atmosphere and service. In 2021, you find Daalder*, including its Michelin star, on Postjesweg. There, we push the boundaries of what a Michelin-starred restaurant could be every day. It’s colourful, outspoken and for people of all walks of life.
