Jasper was just 10 years old when he told his parents he wanted to be a chef. Their initial response didn’t match his enthusiasm. While studying at the Hotel School, Jasper ended up doing a trial day in the kitchen of Daalder. And he never returned to college ever again. In a matter of two weeks, Jasper transitioned from working two days a week to dedicating himself full-time to the kitchen. ‘Cooking is the most amazing thing there is.’
