YOU AS CHEF DE PARTIE
As chef de partie of Gossler & Florin’s, you step into the kitchen of a historical building in the heart of Amsterdam. Gossler & Florin is a Neo-Brasserie where the timeless charm of classic dishes blends with contemporary creativity. Whatever it is you’re creating, you want everything to be perfect up to the tinniest of garnishes. You switch easily between your various tasks, but the quality is always a given. When the pressure is on, you keep your cool and stay focused. That’s what makes you a valuable member of our team that will be building this new concept from the ground up. As chef de partie, you’ll work closely with the other members of our kitchen team and the sous chef.
WHO ARE YOU?
- You completed your culinary education and have at least one year of experience working in a kitchen;
- You have an insatiable appetite for cooking and culinary innovation;
- You are keen to continue learning within a team;
- You have a positive mindset with a great sense of humour;
- You are a strong communicator and – obviously – a real team player;
- You are flexible in working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays);
- You have knowledge of HACCP regulations.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- A full-time position (40 hours per week);
- A job with a lot of variety and opportunities to develop yourself;

- 25 holidays, 8% holiday pay and pension;
- Salary and other conditions in accordance with the Catering Industry Agreement, depending on your experience, age and role;
